1. Do you mind if I bring in pictures?
A picture is worth a thousand words. Bring in images of styles you like, but make sure each picture is of a woman with a face shape and hair texture similar to your own. A good place to start is Aveda’s Hair Style Gallery.

2. Can Halocouture extensions really be installed in an instant?
The process is so easy! All you do is place the Miracle Wire an inch to three inches behind the hair line. Pull the weft of hair down past the occipital bone or where the head naturally curves in. From there use a comb to pull your natural hair up and over the Halo – as well as few pieces forward to conceal the Miracle Wire. VIOLA! Angelic Hair in an Instant!!

3. Will your permanent hair extensions cause damage to my natural hair?
Our permanent extensions are virtually damage-free. Our application process uses micro-cylinders to secure the hair extensions. There is no need for damaging glues, waxes, chemicals or adhesives.

4. How early should I arrive when booking a spa treatment or massage?
Arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to allow yourself ample time to check in, change and relax while enjoying a refreshment.

5. How is a keratin treatment different from a relaxer?
Keratin (often referred to as the “Brazilian Keratin Treatment”) is the only treatment available today that effectively eliminates frizz from the hair for an extended period of time, without removing the hair’s natural wave (as opposed to the “Brazilian Straightener” which does just that). Keratin is a protein of which the hair is mainly composed, and this process infuses an extra layer of keratin to smooth out the frizz.
