NVS Merle Norman opened with a mission to provide superior customer service while maintaining an environmentally and socially responsible atmosphere. We have earned a reputation as a salon that offered quality work and unmatched customer service and quickly became Harford County’s premiere beauty and aesthetics establishment. Our goal is to exceed our guests' expectations and dedicated to providing a friendly, relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy our extensive range of salon services along with our spa and beauty treatments.
Owners Tammy Ehrbaker and Stathis Kotanidis handpicked their team of experienced beauty and aesthetics experts who take a personal approach with their guests' needs and who wanted to learn, grow, and service the community they live. They were not content to build their reputation on service and quality alone and made it their mission to help the world around them. The entire NVS Merle Norman team volunteers their time and talents to local fundraisers and nonprofit events every month.
NVS Salon has received local, state, and national awards. We have been honored by the Harford County Chamber of Commerce with the Harford Award, have been the Official Salon of the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders, have been invited to style hair for New York Fashion Week, honored as one of the Top 200 Salons in America from Salon Today Magazine, and honored as a Top 100 Small Business from the United States Chamber of Commerce. We were also the first and only salon accepted onto the MD Green Registry as a “Green Salon.”
