Cancellation & No-Show Policies
When booking with a service provider, we require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. If you do not cancel, or reschedule you appointment before 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee, or 100% service fee for a no-show. If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or not show up for your appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make an appointment on a day-of basis. If there are no appointments available that day, you will be placed on a cancellation list.
Children & Additional guests
Due to space, please do not bring your children,
or other guests without an appointment unless they are your caregiver, or a translator.
